The Operators

All the operators must have a specific experience and education, assessed by the curriculum vitae ( degree in Professional Educator or Expert in Social Services, or graduation in Education Science with a specialization in extra-scholastic education).
Inside the community, moreover, we grant the staff’s continuos education, through a constant exchange and comparison with other operators during the weekly meetings. These meetings are often supervised by a psychologist with whom we discuss about the unpredictable situations which sometimes occur and that need the establishment of precise rules.
